You will receive an order confirmation email containing a link to download the order’s receipt, which is valid for tax purposes. The tax documentation can also be accessed at any time within your reserved area in the Orders section.

Each product indicates its preparation time. To send multiple products from different suppliers, we try to group the order into a single shipment; therefore, the preparation time will be that of the item with the longest preparation time.

All products are accurately packed and shipped with an express delivery service. In case of a damaged parcel, please accept the delivery with reservation and inform us so that we can activate any insurance on the transport.

Delivery times vary depending on the order destination, with an estimated delivery within 2 to 3 working days.

Transport costs are calculated based on weight or volume before proceeding with the payment.

Once the order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a link that lets you independently verify the status of the shipment and track it at any time.

To receive return authorization, contact our customer service at customerservice@Italianlifestyle.shop. If the return is due to product defects, the return costs are covered by us. The product must be in the original box and complete with all accessories. For returns due to a change of mind, the product must be returned to our headquarters in Livorno, Italy, at the customer’s expense. Once we receive the shipment, we will arrange the refund. In case of damaged goods or improper use, restoration costs will be deducted from the refund.

When filling in the customs declaration forms (CN22 and/or CN23), please indicate “Returned goods – Failed sale” and attach them to the package. Follow the return procedure carefully. If custom duties/charges are requested, the package will NOT be accepted and will be rejected (blocked at customs or sent back with any additional costs borne by the sender).

Italianlifestyle guarantees the authenticity of all products purchased on the website. Each product is subject to an international warranty of 24 months from the date of purchase, according to the specified conditions.
